Cookie Policy
This page explains how bakerwell.help uses cookies and similar browser storage. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website places in your browser so it can remember something about your visit — a login, a preference, or the fact that you have been here before. Related technologies such as localStorage work similarly and are covered by this policy.
What we actually set
| Name | Type | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Strictly necessary | Keeps your session while you browse and protects the enquiry form against forged submissions | Deleted when the browser closes |
| bwConsent | Strictly necessary | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies | Until you clear browser data |
| Analytics cookies | Optional | Set only if you click "Accept" — help us understand which pages are useful | Up to 13 months |
Your choice, and how to change it
On your first visit a consent bar appears at the bottom of the screen with "Accept" and "Reject" options. Rejecting non-essential cookies never limits your use of the site. You can reopen the bar at any time using the round cookie icon in the lower-left corner of any page, or the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, and change your decision.
Controlling cookies in your browser
Every modern browser lets you view, block and delete cookies through its settings — look for "Privacy" or "Site data" in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Blocking the strictly necessary cookies listed above may prevent the enquiry form from working.
Third-party content
Our pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests are made directly to Google's servers and are governed by Google's own privacy policy; no advertising cookies are set through this site.
