These terms govern your use of the website bakerwell.help and the advisory services provided by Bakerwell Education Advisory Sdn Bhd (Reg. No. 202101034872 (1432876-D)), a company incorporated in Malaysia with its registered office at Unit 12-03, Block C, VSQ @ PJ City Centre, Jalan Utara, 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. By using the site or engaging our services you accept these terms.

1. Nature of our service

Bakerwell provides education counselling, course matching, application handling, scholarship guidance and visa documentation support. We act as an authorised representative of partner institutions and as your appointed agent for the applications you approve. We are advisers and facilitators — admission, scholarship and visa decisions rest solely with the relevant institutions and authorities, and we cannot and do not guarantee any particular outcome.

2. Fees

Our standard advisory service is provided at no charge to students and their families. Bakerwell is remunerated by partner institutions following successful enrolment. Tuition and other institutional fees are payable by you directly to the institution; we never collect tuition on an institution's behalf. Any exceptional service attracting a fee (for example, courier or translation costs) will be agreed with you in writing before it is incurred.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide true, complete and current information and documents. Institutions and immigration authorities treat inaccuracies as grounds for refusal or cancellation;
• Meet the deadlines we communicate to you — quotas and intakes are time-sensitive;
• Review every application before it is submitted in your name;
• Inform us promptly of changed circumstances that affect an application in progress.

4. Our commitments

• Advice given honestly and to the best of our professional knowledge at the time;
• Written comparisons that state clearly which options involve partner institutions;
• Handling of your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy;
• No submission of any application without your express approval.

5. Website use

Content on bakerwell.help — including cost tables, scholarship ranges and visa notes — is general information, checked periodically but subject to change by institutions and governments without notice. It is not a substitute for advice on your specific circumstances. You may not scrape, republish or misrepresent the content of this site, or use the site in any unlawful way.

6. Intellectual property

All text, graphics, logos and page designs on this site belong to Bakerwell or its licensors. You may print or save pages for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Bakerwell is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for decisions made by institutions, scholarship bodies or immigration authorities, or for losses arising from information you supplied being inaccurate or incomplete. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
